The Torque Barbell Olympic weightlifting programs are built on principles and methods used by top strength and conditioning coaches. Our weightlifting programs are designed for each level of Olympic weightlifting athlete.  All programs are intended to improve explosiveness, strength, and coordination. This program is designed for you to also work on weaknesses and on all planes of movement. All programming is focused on getting your body to adapt to the training stimulus and progress each week with calculated volume and intensity to avoid overtraining and continue progress in your training.
